Our mission is to provide exceptional care to our patients while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. Summary We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality dental care across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, enhance patient satisfaction, and lead a dedicated team. Responsibilities Manage daily operations across multiple dental practices to ensure efficiency and quality of care. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the region. Supervise and mentor practice managers to enhance team performance and patient experience. Oversee project management initiatives aimed at improving operational processes. Lead strategic planning efforts to align with company goals and objectives. Analyze profit-loss statements to make informed business decisions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or dental industry. Strong sales and business development skills with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams. Familiarity with project management principles is a plus. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
