District Operations Manager•
Nightly Doorstep Trash Collection Compensation:
$65,000 Annual OTE (On-Target Earnings)Employment Type:
Full-Time, W2 | Bi-Weekly Pay Who We Are Community Concierge Services (CCS) provides doorstep waste and recycling pickup for apartment communities nationwide. Every evening, our team of 700+ employees serves more than 160,000 apartment units coast to coast. We're scaling fast, and we reward reliability and results- team members who perform earn advancement, expanded responsibility, and additional shifts.

Your Day-to-Day Run nightly operations across multiple apartment communities with flawless execution Recruit and train porters to meet CCS standards Perform employee audits and on-site quality inspections Develop lasting, trusted relationships with property managers and clients Own scheduling and route coverage
- no missed pickups, period Coordinate employee logistics: safety gear, reporting apps, and ADP payroll forms Jump on operational issues in real time, from equipment breakdowns to staffing gaps Keep nightly reports, payroll, employee records, and compliance documentation up to date Support new community launches, including resident orientations and equipment distribution Want to stand out?

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$60,000/year (bi-weekly pay)Annual Bonus:
