We work on multi-million-dollar commercial projects as well as residential losses of several thousand dollars and everything in between. Founded in 1948, we have a long-standing reputation as a leader in our industry. BMS CAT, a leader in disaster restoration, is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team NOW. We are seeking individuals with a remediation background who have experience leading a team of restoration and remediation technicians. Essential Functions Support various levels of residential, commercial, catastrophic, and large losses Handle water, wind, fire, mold, and other mitigation work, along with basic construction, demolition, and content manipulation Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles Manage and supervise the restoration crews Ensure that technicians perform work in keeping with IICRC guidelines Confirm that all daily paperwork, including timesheets, is collected Make certain all documentation is complete Experience and Requirements This position will require you to be on call Three to seven years of experience leading a work crew (remediation/restoration) IICRC training and certification preferred (but not required) Bilingual is a plus Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must be able to submit to a background check and drug screening Compensation Your compensation will vary by experience level.
