Job Description
Manager of Operations The Manager of Operations is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing operational strategies that support organizational efficiency, service delivery, and continuous improvement. This position supervises operational staff, supports cross-functional collaboration, strengthens external partnerships, and helps ensure that programs, services, and resources are aligned with organizational goals. The Manager works with team members, community partners, and internal departments to identify operational barriers, improve processes, and support effective outcomes across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervision Supervise and lead assigned operational staff, providing guidance, strategies, and resources to help them effectively meet organizational goals Establish and maintain a positive, collaborative, and productive work culture Facilitate a culture of learning among staff and community partners Organize team work sessions, interdepartmental updates, and other meetings as needed External Partnerships Initiate and maintain strong partnering relationships and communication with agencies, vendors, community organizations, and other stakeholders Communicate the value, goals, and impact of organizational services to community members and partners Facilitate connections among internal teams, external partners, vendors, and community organizations to support operational effectiveness Convene key stakeholders for collaborative planning Operations Implementation and Evaluation Monday- Friday; 7:30 am
- 5:00 pm, with some weekends and altered hours for special events and declared emergencies
- This is an onsite position with no availability for remote work.
