Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Field Tech Supervisor to oversee company operations, field techs and job completion. This role requires a strong background in wildlife, insulation and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, leadership, , and a comprehensive understanding of wildlife and insulation. Duties Supervise and coordinate field service activities Oversee completed jobs, and ensure all jobs have been done correctly and efficiently. Complete trap checks, trap set ups. exclusions, insulation removals/replacements Manage inventory of parts and tools required for field service operations. Train and mentor team members on wildlife removal, insulation, safety practices, and operational standards. Communicate effectively with clients Qualifications Proven experience in wildlife/ insulation Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English. Leadership skills Exceptional communication skills
