Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Cashier Supervisor (UH) to lead our front-of-house operations at a vibrant event venue. In this role, you will oversee cashier functions, manage team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during high-energy events. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, maintain financial accuracy, and foster a welcoming environment for all visitors. Duties Supervise cashier staff during shifts, ensuring efficient transaction processing and excellent customer service Oversee cash handling procedures, including balancing tills, managing float allocations, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions Coordinate with event management teams to facilitate smooth entry and exit processes for guests Train and mentor staff on operational protocols, customer service standards, and safety procedures Monitor guest interactions to uphold high standards of hospitality and resolve any issues promptly Prepare detailed reports on daily sales, cash discrepancies, and operational activities for management review Manage shift schedules, assign duties, and oversee staff supervision to ensure optimal coverage during events Must be available to work 4:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays.
