  • Lead and develop Service and Parts managers and staff.
  • Own fixed ops financial performance — CP labor/parts gross, warranty, and customer pay retention.
  • Set and track KPIs; use data daily to coach the team and fix problems before they show up on the P&L.
  • Drive customer satisfaction (CSI) alongside profitability — not one at the expense of the other.
  • Partner with senior leadership on forecasting, staffing, and long-term fixed ops strategy. What You Bring
  • Proven track record as a Fixed Operations Director, Service Director, or Multi-Point Service Manager in a dealership environment.
  • Strong grasp of fixed ops financials — gross profit, absorption rate, labor/parts margins.
