This role is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient field execution through proactive planning, coordination, and communication. The Senior Project Superintendent mentors and supports other superintendents, general foremen, and craft leaders, driving consistency in safety, quality, and productivity standards across all projects. Acting as the senior field representative, this leader ensures alignment between engineering, project management, and field operations while fostering strong client relationships and promoting continuous improvement throughout the organization.

TOP 5 ROLE RESPONSIBILITES
1.
FIELD LEADERSHIP & EXECUTION
Provide overall field leadership and direction for large, complex EPC projects or multiple concurrent sites. Oversee and coordinate all field construction activities to ensure safe, productive, and highquality execution. Lead and mentor Project Superintendents, General Foremen, and field leadership teams to deliver consistent performance across projects. Ensure field operations align with contract requirements, engineering intent, and company standards. Anticipate challenges, make strategic decisions, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget goals. 2.
SAFETY & QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Champion a culture of safety excellence across all projects and personnel under supervision. Ensure full compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety requirements on every jobsite. Oversee the implementation of the projectspecific quality control programs and continuous improvement initiatives. Review and verify that work meets technical, quality, and performance standards on complex installations. Lead by example in promoting documentation and accountability for safety and quality. 3.
SCHEDULE & PRODUCTIVITY CONTROL
Mastery of the Last Planner system ability to teach to others Develop and maintain master field schedules, integrating multidiscipline construction activities across large projects. Monitor performance metrics and resource utilization to achieve schedule and productivity goals. Identify critical path issues early and collaborate with project management to implement recovery plans. Drive consistent planning across all field teams to maintain progress and flow. Ensure optimal use of manpower, equipment, and prefabrication to deliver efficient, safe results. 4.
COORDINATION & COMMUNICATION
Serve as the senior field liaison between project management, engineering, and construction teams. Lead coordination meetings across multiple disciplines, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Communicate key field metrics, progress updates, and risk items to senior leadership and clients. Support procurement and logistics planning for critical materials and equipment. Foster strong collaboration between field and office teams to maintain alignment and efficiency. 5.
MENTORSHIP & WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Lead, coach, and develop Project Superintendents, General Foremen, and emerging field leaders. Establish consistent field management practices across projects to standardize safety, quality, and productivity. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training opportunities for advancement. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and problemsolving throughout the field organization. Capture and communicate lessons learned to drive continuous improvement across the company's project portfolio.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of progressive experience in EPC projects, including leading large, complex, or multidisciplinary projects. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, lead crossfunctional teams, and manage contractual and commercial responsibilities. Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost management tools and familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., OSHA 30hour). Travel 100% by air and ground.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Sedentary strength demands include exerting up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, sitting most of the time. Continuously requires vision, fine dexterity, hearing, and twisting. Frequently requires standing, talking, sitting, and handling. Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position at this time.
