Job Description

Operations Manager Full-Time • Exempt • Bellevue, IA Cornelius Seed is a family-owned independent seed business that helps farmers plant it and profit. We process, package, and deliver the seed our growers count on. We're hiring an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day of our seed processing and fulfillment facility. The Operations Manager leads our operations team and keeps seed moving accurately and on time, planning the schedule, improving our systems, and making sure customers get exactly what they ordered, when they need it. You'll keep our team and the facility safe and build a team culture grounded in pride and doing the small things right. This role is for you if: You care about farmers and the ag industry. WHAT YOU BRING
3-5+ years in operations, warehouse, or manufacturing, with experience leading a team. Experience in the ag or seed industry. A track record of building strong teams and better systems. From $80,000.00 per year
