Oversee routine and ad-hoc maintenance of all vehicles to ensure they are safe and operational. Manage fleet lifecycle from acquisition through disposal to optimize costs and fleet performance. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements affecting fleet operations. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective services and products related to fleet management. Analyze fleet operational data to recommend strategies for improved efficiency and reduced costs. Lead, train, and manage a team of fleet associates and support their professional development.
