We are seeking a results-driven Director of Operations to lead a multi-unit region within a fast-growing quick-service / fast casual brand. This is a field-focused leadership role built for someone who moves with urgency, leads from the front, and knows how to drive performance inside the four walls. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, this role works alongside a team of District Managers to deliver sales growth, profitability, and a high-level guest experience across all locations. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of District Managers Drive sales growth through execution, team engagement, and local market focus Own full financial performance including P&L, labor, and food cost Ensure brand standards are executed consistently across all locations Analyze KPIs and take immediate action to improve results Identify operational gaps and implement real solutions quickly Maintain a strong presence in restaurants during peak hours Build and reinforce a culture of accountability, urgency, and performance Drive the company's mission and culture through every level of leadership What We're Looking For Multi-unit leadership experience in quick-service or fast casual restaurants Proven track record of improving sales and profitability Hands-on operator who leads in the field, not from behind a desk Strong financial and operational acumen High sense of urgency with the ability to execute quickly Confident decision-maker who owns results Strong leadership presence with the ability to develop teams Relentless focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence Position Details Minimal overnight travel required All locations are within driving distance, no extended travel schedules Primarily day travel within the assigned region Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus Strong, comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.) Paid time off Career growth opportunities within a growing organization Supportive leadership team with clear direction and expectations Leadership Mindset We are looking for someone who takes ownership and pushes the business forward. Pay:

$85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
