We are seeking an accomplished manufacturing leader to oversee a large-scale production operation while driving strategic transformation initiatives that enhance operational performance, employee engagement, and business results. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a proven Plant Manager, Site Leader, or Operations Director who thrives in complex manufacturing environments and has a track record of leading large teams, improving operational performance, and successfully implementing transformational change. Key Responsibilities ? Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations for a large-scale facility. ? Drive operational transformation initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and technology integration. ? Lead, develop, and inspire a workforce of 300+ employees (experience managing 500+ employees is highly preferred). ? Establish a culture of accountability, discipline, safety, and operational excellence. ? Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and lead through visibility and engagement. ? Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience. Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business impact. Experience managing organizations of 300+ employees. Strong manufacturing operations background.
