Job Description:
Director of Plant Operations & Transformation Drive Operational Excellence. Lead Transformation. Deliver Results. We are seeking an accomplished manufacturing leader to oversee a large-scale production operation while driving strategic transformation initiatives that enhance operational performance, employee engagement, and business results. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a proven Plant Manager, Site Leader, or Operations Director who thrives in complex manufacturing environments and has a track record of leading large teams, improving operational performance, and successfully implementing transformational change. Key Responsibilities ? Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations for a large-scale facility. ? Drive operational transformation initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and technology integration. ? Lead, develop, and inspire a workforce of 300+ employees (experience managing 500+ employees is highly preferred). ? Establish a culture of accountability, discipline, safety, and operational excellence. ? Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and lead through visibility and engagement. ? Leverage industry best practices, benchmarking, and performance metrics to drive results. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience. Prior experience as a Plant Manager, Site Leader, Operations Director, or similar senior operational leadership role. Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business impact. Experience managing organizations of 300+ employees. Strong manufacturing operations background. Experience leading digital transformation, automation, technology integration, or operational modernization initiatives. Leadership Profile Strategic, results-driven operational leader. Humble, servant-minded leadership style. Visible and engaged presence on the manufacturing floor. Strong communicator who builds organizational trust and alignment. Passion for developing talent and driving continuous improvement. Work Authorization Requirement Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
