On-Site What You Will Do:

Assist the General Manager in creating and implementing strategic operational plans to drive efficiency, growth, and sustainability Manage daily operational activities and waste collection, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards Lead, mentor, and develop drivers and operations personnel to foster a high-performance team environment Approve employee timecards, participate in staffing processes, and ensure proper scheduling to meet operational demands Drive safety initiatives by promoting a safety-first culture and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Organize onboarding and ongoing training for employees to maintain required skills and certifications Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to address and resolve service issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction Evaluate operational performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions and process enhancements What You Will Need to

Be Successful:

Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams in operational settings Exposure to route optimization and logistics coordination Familiarity with OSHA or other safety certifications Knowledge of relevant software and technology tools
