Job Overview We're seeking an employee who is effective with answering incoming phone calls from both current and potential clients. These inquiries would involve cross-selling as well as service work on current policies. There would also be some out-going service related calls. Additionally this employee would assist sales team with processing paperwork as well as ocassioinally assisting marketing team with projects as needed.
