Operations Manager- (Insurance and Financial Solutions)

Full-Time Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30PM Compensation:
$25.00 per hour, with potential commission opportunities Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused operations manager with a property and casualty license Operations Manager to join our insurance agency team. This role is responsible for supporting daily office operations, providing exceptional client service, assisting with policy servicing, and contributing to agency growth through cross-selling opportunities and marketing support. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and provide outstanding customer service to clients. Service existing auto and property insurance policies. Make outbound service-related calls to clients regarding policy needs and updates. Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell additional insurance products and services when appropriate. Observe potential insurance needs not currently covered and coordinate follow-up opportunities with agency leadership. Assist with paperwork and administrative tasks related to variable insurance and financial products. Support the marketing team with special projects, campaigns, and agency initiatives as needed. Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks. Assist in maintaining efficient office operations and a positive client experience. Qualifications Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required at the time of hire. Previous insurance agency or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Proficiency with computer systems and office software. Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
