Across several Tablerock local operations. About the role Lead performance and coordination across several Tablerock local operations and their Managing Directors. Help each local leader build a reliable operation while keeping service, safety and customer-care standards consistent across the company. You work with ownership, the local Managing Directors and the central Boise client-experience team. What you'll do Review assigned operations' booked and completed work, quality, commitments, staffing, labor use and costs. Discuss results with local Managing Directors. Distinguish a temporary disruption from a recurring problem and agree on practical actions with a named owner. Coach local directors in sales, hiring, crew leadership, service quality and financial management. Check that cleaning methods, scope limits, documentation requirements and safety rules stay consistent across markets. Bring unclear or conflicting instructions to ownership. Examine recurring complaints, rework and incidents across locations. Share effective corrections and training without obscuring the facts of the original problem. Coordinate cross-market customer and service issues with the Client Experience Director, and make sure local teams give the Boise team what it needs to answer accurately. Review proposed local hiring and growth plans against actual operating needs, and recommend choices to ownership. Support the evaluation and development of local Managing Directors against the standards set for their work. Organize cross-operation improvements in handoffs, training, supply readiness and job records. Give ownership an accurate view of regional results, risks and decisions, separating assumptions from confirmed bookings and collected revenue. Work through local Managing Directors on day-to-day operations within approved company plans. Bring company policy, expansion commitments, employment terms and spending limits to ownership. Escalate serious safety, privacy, employment and financial problems promptly, and support employees who stop unsafe work. What good work looks like Local directors understand their responsibilities and results. Standards stay consistent across markets, repeated problems lead to effective corrections, and regional reporting supports clear decisions. Customer commitments survive handoffs between locations and Boise, and growth recommendations reflect evidence about demand, staffing, quality and financial performance. What you bring At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. A strong practical understanding of cleaning or comparable field-service delivery, including quality control, staffing, safe work and customer commitments. Demonstrated ability to support operational managers and hold them accountable.
