Part-Time/Full Time About The Pitch The Pitch is Idaho's largest indoor soccer facility, offering leagues, training, camps, tournaments, and youth programming for ages 3 through adult. We're a fast-growing, hands-on operation built on community, quality, and a love of the game. The Role We're looking for a Programs & Operations Manager to keep our facility running smoothly and our programs thriving. This is a wide-ranging role for someone who can juggle logistics , people, and details without losing sight of the member experience. You'll own the day-to-day operation and help shape how our leagues, programs, and events grow. What You'll Do Manage daily facility operations, programs, and field usage Oversee and coordinate programs: trainings, camps, tournaments, and other programs Supervise and support staff, trainers, and referees Serve as a key point of contact for customers, parents, and teams Handle registration, rosters, and program logistics end to end Enforce facility policies, safety protocols, and incident procedures Support marketing and community outreach efforts Identify and implement improvements to systems and processes What We're Looking For Experience in operations, program management, sports/recreation (not required), or facility management Strong organizational skills and comfort managing many moving parts at once A people-first mindset — you're approachable, dependable, and calm under pressure Leadership experience or a clear readiness to lead a team Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends, when the facility is busiest Familiarity with soccer or the local sports community is a plus but not necessary Why Join Us Be part of a growing facility with room to make a real impact Collaborative, energetic environment Help shape the culture and standards of a premier soccer destination in the Treasure Valley.
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
