About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Director of Landscape Operations to lead two established landscaping companies across Southern Idaho with combined annual revenues of approximately $18 million . This executive leadership role is ideal for a strong operator who can improve profitability, strengthen teams, implement scalable systems, and drive long-term growth. We are looking for a decisive and accountable leader who can build structure, improve operational performance, solve labor challenges, and lead through change. This is not a maintenance role — we want a builder and strategic operator focused on execution and growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop General Managers and leadership teams across both locations Improve accountability, operational efficiency, and field productivity Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Standardize systems, reporting, job costing, and operational processes Support recruiting, retention, workforce development, and leadership growth Drive profitability, scalability, and future market expansion initiatives Help create a stronger sales and business development culture What Success Looks Like Within the first 12-24 months, this leader will: Improve profitability across both operations Strengthen leadership alignment and accountability Implement scalable systems and operating standards Improve labor capacity and operational readiness Position the company for future growth and expansion Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in landscaping, construction, field services, agriculture, or related industries Strong operations management and team leadership experience Financial acumen with budgeting, job costing, and P&L responsibility Proven ability to improve operational performance and team accountability Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to make sound decisions and lead through change Preferred Experience Commercial landscaping operations Multi-location operations management Turnaround or acquisition integration leadership Building sales teams and supporting business growth Expansion into new markets or startup operations Benefits $175,000 - $215,000 annual salary 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid time off (PTO) Life insurance Long-term executive growth opportunity
