Essential Responsibilities The Operations Training Manager will: Develop, deliver, and maintain training programs covering operational procedures, products, services, systems, compliance requirements, and Bank initiatives. Manage onboarding programs for new hires and internal transfers, ensuring employees receive the foundational knowledge, resources, and hands-on experience necessary for success in their roles. Identify training needs through stakeholder collaboration, performance assessments, regulatory changes, and operational requirements. Monitor training effectiveness through tracking, accountability reviews, employee feedback, and performance evaluations. Oversee the creation, maintenance, distribution, and governance of operational manuals, procedures, job aids, training materials, technical documents, and employee communications. Serve as a subject matter expert on operational processes, lending and deposit products, compliance requirements, and Bank systems. Partner with management to develop training strategies that improve employee performance, operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Lead or support special projects, product implementations, and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Chief Operations Officer. Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated commitment to the Bank's core values of being driven, dedicated, and engaged. High School Diploma or equivalent. Three years of experience in lending compliance. Three years of experience conducting, facilitating, or managing training programs. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Five years of experience in lending compliance, preferably within a banking environment. Five years of experience conducting or managing training programs. CRCM designation or equivalent professional certification. Job Requirements Extensive knowledge of federal and state banking regulations affecting operations, mortgage lending, consumer lending, and commercial lending activities. Strong knowledge of operational procedures, lending documentation, banking products, services, and related software systems. Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to develop employees and foster a culture of continuous learning. Strong instructional design, facilitation, and training delivery skills with the ability to assess needs and evaluate training effectiveness. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to identify operational needs, evaluate solutions, and implement improvements. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, training initiatives, and documentation projects. Able to perform the essential responsibilities of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
