We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established restoration construction company find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Restoration Operations Manager with extended experience in either commercial/residential restoration. Candidates must have experience in working within this role or a very similar position.

Experience:

6+ years of experience in Restoration Residential/Commercial Mitigation and Rebuild Experience Water, Fire and mold experience a plus IICRC qualifications preferred but will accept experience Ability to oversee staff, projects, and scheduling Self sufficient Highly-motivated and proactive Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
