Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Administrator (Support & Operations) to support and operate a telecom/cloud validation lab environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring infrastructure availability, secure access management, environment readiness, asset tracking, and operational support for engineering and testing teams. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Linux administration, networking, virtualization platforms, and 5G telecom infrastructure environments . Key Responsibilities Provision, configure, and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure including servers, network devices, storage systems, and test tools. Install, patch, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux systems, hypervisors, containers, and supporting middleware. Manage user access, credentials, IP addressing plans, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NTP, certificates, and remote access services. Coordinate environment reservations, build deployments, test data setup, backups, system resets, and recovery activities. Monitor lab health, performance, and capacity while proactively identifying and resolving infrastructure issues. Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, storage, network connectivity, and infrastructure-related problems. Maintain inventory records, topology diagrams, rack layouts, licensing information, warranties, and asset tracking documentation. Follow organizational security, safety, access governance, and change management procedures. Develop and maintain automation scripts for administration, health checks, monitoring, and reporting activities. Collaborate closely with distributed engineering, validation, and operations teams to ensure environment readiness. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills Strong experience in 5G Telco Infrastructure Management Hands-on Linux system administration and troubleshooting Strong networking knowledge including: TCP/IP Routing & Switching VLANs

Firewalls Remote Access Solutions Experience with virtualization platforms and basic container administration Ability to diagnose and resolve server, network, storage, and infrastructure issues using logs and system tools Experience maintaining documentation, inventory records, access controls, and support tickets Ability to work onsite and support shared lab environments Preferred Qualifications Exposure to telecom testing and validation environments Experience supporting 4G/5G network elements Familiarity with traffic generators, protocol analyzers, and telecom test tools Scripting experience with: Python Bash PowerShell Experience with one or more of the following: VMware KVM Kubernetes OpenShift Ansible Infrastructure Monitoring Tools Backup & Recovery Solutions What We're Looking For The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure administration skills with experience supporting telecom validation environments. Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum:

$69,000/year

Pay Range Maximum:
