3005091846-2 Apply for this job now Job Description As a Production Manager at US Foods, you will lead day-to-day production operations in a fast-paced wholesale foodservice distribution facility. You'll plan and coordinate order fulfillment, labor, and workflow to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets while supporting our performance-driven, customer-focused culture. Responsibilities include managing a frontline team, enforcing food safety and OSHA standards, optimizing processes using lean principles, monitoring KPIs, partnering with logistics and warehouse leaders, and driving continuous improvement so our customers receive accurate, on-time orders across the country. Responsibilities Oversee daily production and order fulfillment operations in the distribution facility Plan labor, workflow, and production schedules to meet volume, accuracy, and on-time delivery goals Ensure compliance with all food safety, HACCP, and OSHA requirements Monitor KPIs for productivity, quality, and safety; implement corrective actions as needed Lead, coach, and develop frontline associates, promoting accountability and teamwork Drive continuous improvement using lean tools to reduce waste and improve throughput Partner with warehouse, transportation, and inventory teams to align operations Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready facility environment Support change initiatives and new process rollouts from corporate operations Communicate performance, issues, and improvements to operations leadership.
