Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Installation manager to lead and oversee our teams across multiple Illinois markets. This leadership role is responsible for managing field crews, and electricians. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage field installation crews, and low-voltage electricians Oversee daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Review drawings and specifications to define project scope Perform takeoffs and build detailed estimates and proposals Participate in jobsite walkthroughs to gather estimating information Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing Identify and research potential clients, building strong, lasting relationships. Maintain and improve installation quality standards Monitor project progress and identify operational bottlenecks or delays Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews across Illinois Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local electrical codes Qualifications 5+ years of experience in field operations management in construction or electrical industries Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams and supervisors Strong understanding of installation workflows, scheduling, and project execution Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management Ability to travel regularly to within Illinois Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with IDPH Standards Electrical or construction management background
