Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a leading third party logistics provider (3PL) that offers a broad scope of services throughout the entire supply chain. LINC's experienced management team, with its state-of-the-art technology, provides customized logistics solutions to its customers resulting in proven efficiencies and savings. Our operation is based in Chillicothe, IL and supports CAT's material flow needs. We manage and operate a warehouse facility that provides pick and pack, sequencing, inventory management, and daily production support. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Leading and supporting warehouse teams to meet daily goals in a fast‑paced CAT operation. Overseeing inbound and outbound material flow, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse organization. Using performance data and KPIs to improve processes and keep production support running smoothly. Maintaining strong safety and quality standards while promoting a positive team culture. Coordinating with customer service, transportation, and planning to ensure materials move on time. Driving productivity, managing labor effectively, and supporting cost‑control initiatives. Overseeing staffing, training, and scheduling to meet operational needs. Communicating with clients and vendors to maintain strong service relationships. Quickly addressing operational issues to prevent delays or production impacts. Reporting key performance results and improvement actions to leadership. The ideal candidate should possess the following: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred; equivalent experience considered) 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution leadership Demonstrated success in leading teams, coaching employees, and building a positive work environment Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control processes, and material flow Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems and general Microsoft Office applications Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Comfortable making decisions, driving accountability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
