Schedule:
The applicant must be able to work a variety of scheduled hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The Supervisor Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations which may include staffing, scheduling, ensuring maintenance of equipment and supplies, internal communications, budgetary considerations, outside agency interface, and community relations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and develop field staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Maintain operational quality through daily oversight and communication. Act as a liaison among the company, patients, and public safety agencies. Mentor employees, conduct performance evaluations, and support team development. Collaborate with management to address staffing and service improvement. Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures. Manage staffing levels, shift calendars, and fill open shifts as needed. Oversee the operation and maintenance of medical equipment.
MinimumRequired Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of EMS (specifically Paramedic) field experience. Prior FTO or other leadership/supervisory experience preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED). State Paramedic Certification. State Driver's License with driving record in compliance with GMR's Safety & Driving policy (proof required if conditional employment is made). As required for
Paramedic:
BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, BTLS/PHTLS
Certifications.
