Position Overview We're hiring an Operations Team Lead to help run day-to-day operations, manage crews, and ensure every job is completed efficiently and professionally. This is a leadership role for someone who wants to grow with the company, and be part of something bigger. Responsibilities Lead and manage junk removal crews on job sites Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards Communicate with customers professionally on-site Oversee loading, hauling, and disposal processes Train new team members and maintain team performance Maintain equipment, trucks, and job readiness Problem-solve on the fly and handle daily operations Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly pay $20/hr + performance bonuses Opportunities for advancement into higher leadership roles Potential for commission or profit-based incentives Be part of a rapidly growing company with real upside Why Join Us?
