Job Description
Gpac has currently partnered with a well-established agribusiness group in that is in need of a Grain Operations Manager to oversee their grain elevator operations. The role will take ownership of daily operations, leading a small team of employees while coordinating additional help during peak seasons. This role is heavily involved in all aspects of the facility, including grain handling, equipment upkeep, maintenance planning, safety, and overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have grain elevator leadership experience, strong mechanical experience, and experience working with grain handling equipment but is not required.
