Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Night Audit! This energetic role is vital in ensuring seamless overnight operations, guest satisfaction, and accurate financial reporting. As the night-time ambassador of our hotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving after hours, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and performing essential audit procedures. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and operational excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a fast-paced, friendly setting. Duties Welcome and assist guests during late-night hours with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS) Conduct nightly audit procedures to verify guest accounts, reconcile transactions, and ensure financial accuracy for the previous day's activities Handle guest requests with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service through phone communication and face-to-face interactions Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points, conducting safety checks, and following hotel emergency procedures Respond promptly to guest concerns or issues, utilizing customer service problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support hotel operations and compliance standards Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth overnight operations and guest satisfaction Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and front desk operations Experience with hotel management software such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS) Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest relations and client communication Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional communication Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security at all times Proven ability to problem-solve quickly while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Previous hotel experience or resort background is preferred for understanding the nuances of guest relations and hospitality standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
