Bachelor of Music Education Full Job Description Associate Trip Operations Manager Position Purpose :
The Associate Trip Operations Manager is responsible for the execution of the trip experience by providing meticulous attention to all trip details and by delivering superior customer service. The Associate Trip Operations Manager creates personalized travel experiences by establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients and industry professionals. This is a full-time role reporting to the Director of Client Operations.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
o Coordinate, pack, and ship essential trip supplies, bags, and tags to participating schools, maintaining high accuracy during high-volume periods. o Track the intake and fulfillment of processing theme park tickets & debit cards, including digitizing and timely delivery to fellow Trip Operations Managers (TOMs). o Audit & reconcile a variety of traveler records across rooming, flight and financial rosters to resolve discrepancies. o Provide friendly and timely customer service to parents and group leaders through Chat and HelpScout, tracking data points as needed. o Assist with trip coordination including booking vendors (workshops, performances, meals, and activities) and passenger information (rooming lists, air information, and dietary needs). o Assist with mailings, special projects, database updates, and other team initiatives. o Adhere to the responsibilities in the Bob Rogers Travel Payment (BRTP) System Procedure Team Process document and the BRT Sales Consultant and Operations Manager Responsibility Chart. o Responsible for tracking all incoming money for the trip (bulk credit money, deposits, incremental and final payments, etc.) o Work with the Business Operations Coordinator to facilitate the mailings of all BRT incentives. o On Call and available after hours to assist with on- tour challenges. o Work with fellow BRT Team members on special projects as needed. o Provides superior customer service while responding to parents and group leaders through our Chat and HelpScout channels. o Attend Operations Team, Bi-Annual Company, and consistent BRT Team (Operations, Sales, and BRTP) meetings as scheduled. o Attend industry trade shows as needed. o Participate in ongoing vendor and BRT process training as needed. o May coordinate travel for up to 25 groups in the first year, depending on business needs. o Other Duties as assigned.

Education/Formal Training :

3+ years' experience in Music Education, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
Working Environment:
o This role will work on-site in our Naperville, IL headquarters office. o Will support BRT core business hours. o Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required as needed to support critical business needs. o This position may require occasional travel.

Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 annually . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors.
