Northbrook, IL Schedule:
Full-time, including weekends when needed
Compensation:
$115,000 -$145,000 based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Under the guidance of the SVP of Operations, you will on continuous operational improvement across business and clinical operations. Define and track KPIs performance, patient experience, and business team productivity Implement performance dashboards, SOPs, and standardized workflows Collaborating with HR, Compliance, Training, and Regional Clinical Leads to ensure aligned operations Drive staff performance management, retention strategies, and operational consistency Proactively identify and address risks or inefficiencies across markets Additional duties as assigned
