Manage shift swaps and PTO requests in alignment with operational needs and labor policies. Oversee accurate payroll submissions and administrative reporting. Leadership & Team Development Serve as the primary lead, providing daily mentorship, guidance, and training. Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel supported and accountable. Lead departmental meetings and act as the bridge between staff and upper management. Operational Oversight Implement safety protocols and identify areas for process improvement. Manage departmental resources, supplies, and equipment. Execute Quarterly Internal Warranty Audits and monitor key performance metrics. Hiring & Compliance Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new talent. Ensure all team actions comply with company policy and professional standards.

Requirements Experience:

Previous experience in an Automotive Dealership and proficiency with CDK are required. Jaguar/Land Rover experience is a plus!

Knowledge:

Warranty experience and general accounting knowledge are highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail and a team-first mentality.
