Night Desk Monitor Hours:
11:00 pm•3:00 am
Pay:
M-F•$12.00/hour, Sat & Sun•$13.00/hour Residential & Judicial Life is seeking attentive, and friendly N ight Desk Monitors to be a welcoming presence for residents and guests entering dorm lobbies. Night Desk Monitor staff must be able to communicate effectively with students, administrators, police, and emergency personnel. Staff must be able to use confrontational and communication skills to carry out their required duties. It is essential that Night Desk Monitors staff carry out their shift schedules in a consistent and timely manner. Key Responsibilities Answer residents' questions and concerns Monitor dorm lobbies for all activity Must attend all annual trainings Communicate effectively with any individual entering the lobby Qualifications/Requirements Must complete on-boarding training Must be able to work between the hours 11 pm•3 am Must be in good standing with Bradley University Conduct Preference will be given to students that live in Residential Living housing. Thank you for your interest in employment at Bradley University. Some undergraduate students (with limited family resources as determined by the results of the FAFSA) qualify for Work Study funds to help offset college costs. This is a federally funded opportunity to earn "spending money" through part-time, on-campus employment. Eligibility for work-study does not guarantee you will find a campus job.
