Position Overview The Production & Field Operations Manager oversees projects from approved design through installation and final completion. This role coordinates customers, designers, installers, warehouse operations, materials, vendors, and schedules to ensure every project is completed efficiently and meets Complete Closet Design's quality standards. Key Responsibilities Schedule installations, repairs, service appointments, and field personnel. Manage projects from approved design through final inspection and completion. Coordinate project details between customers, designers, installers, vendors, and warehouse staff. Serve as the primary customer contact for scheduling, project updates, and production-related concerns. Recruit, train, schedule, and manage installers and production team members. Confirm that plans, measurements, materials, hardware, and special-order items are ready before installation. Support installers with job information, materials, scheduling, and field issue resolution. Conduct jobsite visits and final quality inspections as needed. Coordinate repairs, replacement materials, and punch-list items through completion. Oversee material ordering, receiving, inspection, inventory, staging, and warehouse organization. Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and safety standards. Monitor labor efficiency, production costs, material waste, callbacks, and project profitability. Develop processes that improve quality, efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate project schedules, records, and documentation. Qualifications Experience in production management, project management, field operations, residential construction, cabinetry, custom closets, or a related industry preferred. Experience leading installers, tradespeople, field employees, or subcontractors. Working knowledge of carpentry, installation practices, tools, materials, and residential jobsites. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, customers, and employees simultaneously. Ability to read project plans, measurements, installation drawings, and material lists. Comfortable using project-management, scheduling, and digital documentation systems. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to travel to jobsites throughout Complete Closet Design's service area. Ability to lift and move materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
