Primary Responsibilities Masterful Scheduling :
Coordinate daily schedules using WellSky/ClearCare, ensuring all shifts are fully staffed and unexpected call offs are restaffed with a sharp Sense of Urgency.
Relationship & Retention Building:
Conduct regular check-in calls with our Care Pros. You will track their life milestones, manage Care Pro appreciation programs (like CarePro of the Month), and build deep agency loyalty to minimize shift changes.
Compliance & Excellence :
Review care plans with Care Pros, monitor daily clock-in/outs to ensure no senior is left unattended,and audit weekly hours for flawless payroll billing.
Onsite Office Support:
Greet and genuinely welcome every visitor (clients, applicants, and referral partners) to the Skokie office with a warm, professional manner. You will also assist with general office operations, incoming calls, and backup recruiting support.
On-Call & Team Support:
Share in a rotating after-hours-on-call schedule to provide continuous support for our field staff, and occasionally step into the field for client introduction or quality assurance visits.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Previous experience in scheduling, staffing coordinator, or high-volume logistics-ideally within the home care, healthcare, or hospitality industries
Tech-Savvy:
High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proven ability to learn specialized scheduling software (experience with WellSky/ClearCare or Salesforce is a plus!).
Communication:
Strong oral and written communication skills with a warm, friendly, and professional phone presence.
Resilience:
Strong decision-making skills, sound judgement, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Flexibility:
Willingness to participate in a rotating evening/weekend on-call schedule and step out into the local territory if operational needs arise.
