Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee approximately 30 employees across multiple sites. Plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations within the assigned area. Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Monitor and control expenses within area of responsibility. Maintain accurate operational, administrative, and compliance records. Evaluate and justify supply, equipment, and purchasing needs. Develop and recommend operating budgets for assigned accounts. Identify opportunities for service improvements and account growth. Communicate customer feedback and operational needs to leadership. Promote company culture, values, and service standards. Qualifications & Skills Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Reliable transportation required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor. Ability to analyze financial data and operational results. Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Prior janitorial or facilities services experience preferred. Proven experience coaching, motivating, and leading teams. Working knowledge of HR policies and employment practices. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending and twisting. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
