Location Manager Join the Sun Ag Team Sun Ag is seeking a dedicated and motivated Location Manager to lead the daily operations of our Tremont facility. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing location workflow, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring a safe, productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about agriculture, team development, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Position Responsibilities As Location Manager, you will: Oversee the day-to-day operations and workflow of the Tremont location. Lead, mentor, and steward a team of employees while fostering a positive workplace culture. Create and maintain operational efficiencies to support customer and business needs. Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure reliable facility operations. Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records. Promote workplace safety and compliance with company policies and procedures. Prioritize employee retention through strong leadership, communication, and team development. Work collaboratively with management, sales staff, and operations teams to achieve company goals. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Experience managing daily operations, personnel, and workflow. Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
