In this role you will be responsible for the supervision of other exempt and non-exempt staff within an assigned shift or department including the oversight of safety and housekeeping/sanitation activities and programs. You will achieve success by demonstrating business leadership throughout the organization by using independent discretion to create, and achieve short and long term strategic and tactical plans for the DC guided by broad principles, objectives, and standards.- Drives Results.

- Five to ten years of relevant / related work experience in a distribution center environment.
- Previous experience in working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or ability to quickly develop a proficiency in such systems as Blue Yonder, Autostore or Pouch Packing.
- Ability to quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the production floor to include Inbound, Outbound/Shipping, Dotcom and Inventory Control.
- Ability to delegate and develop exempt leaders and lead large teams up to 300 associates
- Knowledge of distribution operating systems and all aspects of warehouse, production and logistics and transportation-related activities.
- Must be flexible and adaptive to respond to fast paced high-volume environment. Must be able to manage multiple tasks against competing priorities.
- Possess proven analytical abilities and interpersonal skills.
What You'll Get:
The annual base salary range for this position is $99,025.00 - $110,675.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.- Caring Community.
