Each department is led by an experienced manager. The Director of Operations will serve as the connection between these teams, ensuring strong communication, consistent processes, accountability, and alignment with company-wide goals. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can see the big picture, support and develop managers, remove operational roadblocks, and turn challenges into solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and hold department managers accountable for performance and results. Coordinate priorities and communication across operational departments. Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and turn data into actionable improvements. Evaluate and improve workflows, procedures, and departmental handoffs. Ensure operational goals align with company and customer expectations. Resolve escalated staffing, service, driver, equipment, and customer issues.
