We seek an enthusiastic individual for a Bilingual On-Site Manager position to work with us during our seasonal, increasing peak season.

Shift Pay:

$22/hr Responsibilities and Duties Conduct employee orientations and onboarding Provide safety training and enforce workplace policies Track employee attendance and maintain accurate records Coach and support employees regarding workplace concerns Assist with payroll and deduction inquiries Recruit, interview, and screen candidates Coordinate pre-employment drug screenings and background checks Communicate with supervisors and client leadership teams Manage employee records and staffing software databases Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients Perform general office and administrative duties Address employee concerns and assist with problem resolution Answer questions related to payroll, direct deposit, benefits, scheduling, and policies Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication skills Enthusiastic personality Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Must be able to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task Undergraduate degree preferred
