Job Description
The Operations Manager provides leadership and oversight for the Elkhart Housing Authority's administrative and operational functions. This position is responsible for improving agency workflows, managing facilities and technology operations, overseeing procurement and contracts, administering Section 3 requirements, coordinating insurance and risk-management activities, and leading workplace safety initiatives. As a member of the agency's leadership team, the Operations Manager works collaboratively with the Executive Director, Deputy Director, Human Resources, Finance, department leaders, employees, contractors, and community partners to ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, fiscal responsibility, and a safe and professional workplace.
