• 6:30 PM Located in Plainfield, IN Duties and Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse staff and logistics coordinators.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and foster a collaborative environment. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain high standards of quality in all logistics activities Implement and monitor quality control processes to minimize errors and enhance service delivery. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the warehouse. Promote a culture of safety and conduct regular safety audits and training sessions. Implement and maintain safety protocols to protect staff and assets. Identify areas for improvement within the logistics operations and propose effective solutions. Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and reduce costs. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to implement innovative strategies. Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations. Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
