Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations to lead and optimize our organization's core business functions. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency across all departments. Oversee business development management efforts to identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships. Direct business operations with a focus on process improvement, operational analysis, and implementing best practices to maximize productivity. Develop and manage budgets at an executive level, including forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and financial management to ensure fiscal responsibility. Collaborate with executive leadership to craft strategic plans that drive long-term growth while maintaining operational excellence. Supervise senior leadership teams, providing guidance on project management, operational management, and management best practices. Utilize data-driven decision making to inform strategic initiatives, operational adjustments, and performance metrics. Oversee program management efforts that support organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Lead large-scale organizational change management projects by coordinating resources, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and managing risks proactively. Setting routes for the following day Communicating with SR. management at station, District management, and AO. Scheduling HR Operations Filling in on routes Safety Training Driver compliance Truck compliance Experience Proven experience in senior leadership roles with extensive supervisory experience in operations management or related fields. Demonstrated success in managing business development initiatives and executing strategic planning processes. Strong background in operational excellence initiatives, process improvement methodologies, and change management strategies. Expertise in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and operational analysis. Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives and diverse teams at all levels. Experience leading large-scale organizational change projects within complex environments. Skilled in project management principles with a track record of delivering results on time and within scope. Ability to analyze data comprehensively to inform strategic decisions and optimize business performance.
