As our Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, overseeing projects in the Fort Riley area, ensuring efficiency, and proactively addressing challenges. You'll need to see the big picture while handling the details, making data-driven decisions, and keeping projects on track. This role requires a strong leader who can assertively manage situations, stay competitive, and execute strategies with precision.

Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all areas of the business.
