Full-Time Position Summary A growing organization in the records management and service industry is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations, staff performance, service quality, inventory control, and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who is comfortable managing employees, improving processes, maintaining operational standards, and stepping in to support the team when needed. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations and ensure established productivity, quality, and service standards are consistently met. Manage staffing needs, including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement processes that improve quality and efficiency. Monitor operational expenses, assist with budget management, and take corrective action when necessary. Oversee facility organization, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and vehicle maintenance. Manage inventory control processes, including audits, reconciliation, documentation, and accuracy. Ensure available storage space is properly maintained and utilized. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with internal and external customers. Assist with operational emergencies, staffing coverage, and other business needs as required. Partner with leadership to achieve operational goals and performance benchmarks. Qualifications 3-5 years of supervisory or operations management experience preferred Previous experience managing employees in a service, warehouse, logistics, records management, or similar operational environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience implementing or supporting quality and process-improvement initiatives Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable providing hands-on operational support when necessary High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable driving requirements Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening requirements Schedule & Availability This is a full-time leadership position. Candidates should have the flexibility to support operational needs, including occasional shift coverage or emergency situations when necessary. Physical Requirements This position requires regular standing and walking and may occasionally require climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Candidates must be able to reach, handle, carry, and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds . The work environment may include exposure to varying temperatures, including heat during summer months and colder temperatures during winter months.
