Job Description

ENTERPRISE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Right Hand to the CEO | Integrator Across the Brantingham Companies We are looking for a trusted operator who can stand at the CEO's right hand, see the full picture across our companies, and turn vision into disciplined execution. On any given day, this person may review a broken workflow, prepare the CEO's operating report, partner with Finance on a control exception, lead an HR conversation, or coordinate a sponsor — moving comfortably between strategy and detail without sacrificing financial discipline, accountability, or culture. This is not an executive assistant role, an office manager role, or a producing real estate position. It is a leadership seat for an experienced integrator who understands real estate, people, money, systems, and growth — and who protects all of it. We believe business is stewardship. Whether or not you share our faith, you'll find a team that leads with humility, serves before it sells, and treats every person with dignity. The standard here is high on purpose, because the right person isn't looking to coast — they're looking to build something that matters.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Enterprise Operations — Own priorities, risk, and capacity across all three companies; build and audit the playbooks and SOPs that keep the business running without living only in people's heads. CEO Partnership — Serve as CEO's primary operational thought partner; deliver a concise weekly operating brief that gives her real visibility without her having to chase it. Financial Stewardship — Partner with the Director of Finance to protect company funds, enforce approved controls, and immediately escalate anything that doesn't add up. People Operations — Own the employee lifecycle from recruiting through offboarding, handled with discretion and consistency, so HR matters never become surprises. Events & Sponsorships — Own the master company calendar and lead event and sponsorship execution from plan through follow-up, delivered on schedule and within budget. Real Estate Operations — Understand brokerage operations and compliance deeply enough to lead intelligently— without personally listing, selling, or building a production pipeline while in this role.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
Five or more years of progressive experience in operations, business management, chief of staff, integrator, brokerage, property management, HR, or a comparable leadership role. Meaningful knowledge of real estate; direct experience in a brokerage, real estate team, property-management company, or title/lending environment strongly preferred. A track record of improving systems, building accountability, and supporting measurable company growth. Strong judgment — the ability to tell the difference between a routine decision and a real financial, legal, or personnel risk. Comfort with CRM, transaction management, project management, and financial-workflow systems. Willingness to work primarily in person in Elizabethtown, with occasional evenings or weekends for events.
WHO YOU ARE
Trusted — you handle sensitive information with exceptional discretion, and behave the same way whether anyone's watching or not. Proactive — you see what's coming and act on it before you're asked. Systems-minded — you look for root causes and repeatable fixes, not quick patches. Accountable — you close your own loops and don't normalize repeated misses.
SCHEDULE, LOCATION & COMPENSATION
Full-time, exempt leadership position. Standard schedule 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday, with reasonable flexibility for business needs and scheduled events. Primarily in-office in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
Base salary range:
$100,000-$110,000, depending on directly relevant experience, plus an annual performance bonus opportunity. Paid time off, paid company holidays, and a company laptop with access to approved systems and training.
