Position Description:

Our expanding company is seeking to hire a Janitorial Warehouse Facility Manager to join our leadership team.

Examples of Work:

Ensures that each employee has necessary tools and equipment and that all equipment is in safe and proper working condition. Ensure employees are completing daily tasks, such as cleaning restrooms, office areas, sort areas, sort belts, etc. Conduct formal and informal inspections of all work areas Other duties as assigned such as assisting with janitorial duties as needed. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proven experience in managing projects up to completion is required. Proven experience in janitorial services. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management. Strong supervisory skills with ability to mentor, coach, lead, develop and evaluate staff.

Qualifications/Requirements:

5+ years in Janitorial/Warehouse services and leadership experience is preferred and applicants must, have a valid Driver License, a clear motor vehicle record, and will also be required to pass a background check and submit to a drug and alcohol screening.
