The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of logistics and distribution, and the ability to effectively coordinate with managers, schedules, and routing functions to ensure timely deliveries and optimal operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of bulk distribution operations across the organization Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and logistics personnel Coordinate routing, scheduling, and delivery execution to maximize efficiency and service levels Maintain bulk cryogenic transport and gaseous tube trailer fleet Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives in transportation, cost control, and service reliability Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and supply chain teams Maintain full P&L responsibility , including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in logistics, transportation, or bulk distribution Experience with cryogenic liquids, co2, and other bulk gaseous products Approximately 70% travel is required across the designated region Strong operational and financial acumen, including P&L management Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and team development skills Strong leadership and team building skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly in high-pressure situations. Knowledge of transportation regulations, including DOT and safety standards. Proficiency in dispatch software, routing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus.
