This role is essential in managing teams, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining efficient workflows across various functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and a background in management or military service. As a pivotal part of our organization, you will drive performance, uphold safety protocols, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability. Responsibilities Lead and supervise division personnel, ensuring all team members perform their duties effectively and safely Manage daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination to meet organizational goals Conduct regular inspections and enforce compliance with safety regulations and proper uniform requirements Provide training and mentorship to team members on technical skills, safety protocols, and operational best practices Collaborate with management to develop operational strategies that improve efficiency and effectiveness Maintain detailed records of operations, incidents, and maintenance activities for accountability and continuous improvement Sales calls & visits to secure additional contracts for the division Contract liaison to ensure proper job performance & expectations are being met Requirements At lease 5+ years of security management or supervisory experience Proven management skills with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and other departments Flexibility to work varied shifts or on-call as needed to support operational demands Sales & contract experience to secure additional contracts for the division
