This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional experiences for clients, visitors, and employees while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. As our Hospitality Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for everyone who enters our office. You will ensure our clients feel welcomed and cared for, coordinate meetings and events, maintain our reception and hospitality areas, and support the daily operations of our firm. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced professional setting. Responsibilities Greet clients, guests, and vendors with professionalism and warmth. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls. Coordinate conference room scheduling and prepare rooms for meetings. Offer beverages and refreshments to clients and guests. Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming reception, conference, kitchen, and common areas. Manage office hospitality supplies, beverages, snacks, and catering orders. Coordinate lunches, firm events, client appreciation events, and employee celebrations. Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages. Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and special events. Support attorneys and staff with administrative and hospitality-related needs. Maintain inventory of office and hospitality supplies and place orders as needed. Ensure meeting rooms are fully stocked and presentation-ready. Assist with onboarding activities and preparing workspaces for new employees. Perform other administrative and office support duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, office administration, hotel management, event coordination, or a professional office environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively. Excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team. Experience in a law firm or other professional services environment is preferred but not required.
