You will manage labor subcontractors onsite, monitor quality and progress, and serve as our day-to-day contact for customers and other trades. This is a jobsite-based leadership position for someone who knows commercial roofing, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of getting work completed correctly. Experienced roofing foremen and superintendents are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Oversee labor subcontractors and communicate daily priorities, installation requirements, and schedule expectations. Inspect work throughout installation, identify deficiencies, and verify corrections against project details and manufacturer requirements. Coordinate access, material staging, deliveries, equipment, and upcoming material needs with the office. Communicate professionally with customers, general contractors, and other trades about daily activities and field concerns. Monitor jobsite safety, housekeeping, daily dry-in, and protection of the building and completed work. Address unsafe conditions promptly. Keep the office informed of progress, delays, customer requests, and potential extra work. Obtain office approval for scope or pricing commitments. Provide daily updates and photos, document field issues, and follow projects through inspections, punch-list completion, and demobilization. Qualifications Commercial roofing experience and a strong understanding of installation practices and quality standards. Experience leading roofing crews or supervising labor subcontractors. Ability to read roofing plans and details, recognize installation problems, and coordinate corrections. Strong organization, follow-through, and professional communication skills. Comfort using a smartphone or tablet for photos, daily reports, and project communication. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to assigned jobsites, access commercial roofs, and perform field inspections. OSHA training preferred; willingness to complete required safety training.
